Two basic questions about rigging
I have a basic knowledge of setting up rigs in Motion but have two quick, basic questions:
1. Is it possible to change the order in which the published parameters show up in FCP X? For example, I am building a simple matte effect and would like to have the settings in the following order:
Matte Shape
Invert
BlurEverything that I have tried does not work, everything appears in alphabetical order. Will clicking on over FCP in the project settings work or is there something else that needs to be done?
2. The matte would normally be set to stencil alpha but would like the option of using a check box to invert the matte, is this possible?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, would be interested in doing much more complex effects.

Yes on both. In Motion, select the Project in the Layers List, then in the Inspector you’ll see all your published parameters. You simply drag them to change the order.
For the blend mode, just add a checkbox widget and rig it to change the blend mode. Easy-peasy.—
