  after effects . twixtor . premiere pro . super slow motion .60fps or higher to 30fps convertion . 30fps timeline .
  not just interpret 60fps to 30fps

  so
  step 1* i put 60fps footage at a 60fps timeline in after effects

  step 2* i apply twixtor
  step 3* i export at 60fps
  step 4* i i import to premiere at 30fps timeline

  step 5* i interpret 60fps footage to 30fps

  step 6* i export 30fps

  ??????? thank you
