Twixtor: best workflow for 60p to 24p to 29.97
Client provided Canon 7D footage shot at 1280 x 720 60p, and wants it converted to 24p so it plays slower. Then I’ll need to render it back out to 29.97 for use in some NTSC commercials. Can I do all this in Twixtor? 2 step process maybe? Or is there a better way? Appreciate any advice on best method for this.

Would help to know for what host as handling of frame rate is different in different applications.
If you want your final at 29.97 why do you need to go to 24 FPS first?
