  hello

  can somebody tell me how to do this twitching text like in the intro of the video

  I already tried with video copilot twitch effect but can’t or i don’t know how to do it exactly like that.
  so if somebody knows how to do it with expressions or if it’s possible to do it with the twitch effect and he’s kind enough to tell me the right settings or to send me the file i would much appreciate it
