Twilight glitter effect
HI there, I have been searching for a tutorial but can’t seem to find one or figure it out, but a friend of mine is doing a twilight parody and wants to do the “glitter” effect. I haven’t really seen the movie but have seen bits and pieces and not really sure what to do to make someone look like they are glittering, does anyone have any idea?

You would want to test this first, but you could apply glitter to the person’s face, shine light on it and then use a mild Trapcode Starglow effect to create a glitter/glow look.
In fact I was looking at the other forum and some other people suggested starglow too, check out this
