How do I achieve this TV/VHS effect around 0:10 seconds of this video?
(You can see more of the effect throughout the video for example 0:24, 0:47)I have tried many different plugins and playing with settings trying to achieve the effect but can’t seem to get it to look this good with the tv phasing and detail.

Red Giant Universe plugin has a specific VHS filter that can be used to achieve this.

I have the Red Giant Universe plugins and have been trying to play around with the settings and different filters but still nothing similar… any tips?
