In case anyone else needs it, here’s the process to create a :06 clip of simulated TV noise1. Create Light Grey solid
2. apply Fractal Noise fx
3. Fractal type-Rocky
4. Noise type-Block
5. Inside Transform, Scale width is 10, height is 5
6. Complexity set to 6.0
7. Evolution is 0 at :00, at :06 it’s 100 -
