    CAn anyone direct me to a tutorial or offer advice please about how to get the ‘white noise’ that tvs sometimes display. I am playing around with fractal noise but cat seem to make anything convincing..
    Any suggestions gratefully received,thanks

    How about the regular noise effect, applied to a gray solid?

    wow petes plugins !!! i am lovin em…. tv pixels with a bit of general noise !!!!!!

    Also try Tinderbox 3 – badTV. It gives you randomness.
