I highly recommend starting with the manual, which is not bad actually, and moving to Barry Green’s book next. Those two have got me through a lot with my 150. You can easily carry both of them with you when you shoot. You would be surprised at how often it helps to have them there. For example, you might forget how to throw the switches on the audio intakes to blend a single mic to a stereo input. Having that little manual is quick and easy.

There are a few good videos on the web, for a starter one I really like this one. A good quick overview of the features of the camera.
