Activity Forums Adobe After Effects turning video into animation

    You’d probably want to do several things.

    One is to decrease the frame rate, either using composition settings or the Posterize Time effect, since cartoons have lower frame rates than video.

    Another is to simplify the color palette and trace outlines with strokes. The Cartoon effect can help there.
