Turning multiple nulls into a shape of a mask
Hello there,
I’d like to track several features of a person dancing in the footage and then map the motion to null objects and then turn all these null object into a shape (each null point being one shape node), which would serve as an animated mask. I’m hoping that this would allow me to mask moving complex object out of the footage much faster. Sadly, I’m in the dark as far as turning moving Nulls into an animated mask is concerned.

I think the script Tracker2Mask will accomplish what you want to do.
Take a look at the tutorial, it looks like the author does what you are trying to accomplish in his first example with the license plate.
