  Turning flicker free off and on per application

  I really like flicker free pauses when working with FCP 5.0.3. The jitter just becomes very distracting when working since I am used to frame based work in AE. However when I use After Effects the flicker free pause downgrades the picture, so I have to turn it off. It’s not like I switch between apps all the time but it would be great if you could set flicker free pause to be application aware. Is this possible?
