I am rendering an image sequence off of my farm and am trying to composite it at the same time. Unfortunately AE throws a warning every time I click a button “After Effects warning: The sequence has ___ missing frames.” Anyone know how to turn it off so I can get some work done?

If you Check “Force alphabetical order” option while importing the sequence, Ae will not show any error.

Spencer, we are aware of this new annoyance, and we’re working on fixing it.

Glad to hear it, hope it comes out soon – I’m working on an all CG project right now and pulling my hair out!

I saw the new version of AE has a preference to turn this off. Whoohoo! The other night I had a fairly hefty render slam to a dead stop while I was out because of this silly dialogue!
