    Tumbleweed?

    Bit of a random one this time chaps. I am toying with an idea of using some tumbleweed rolling in the background of the comp. Any idea’s on a good way of going about this?

    I thought 3D might be better but am infinately more confident in AE.

    I guess perhaps a texture layer with alpha using the Sphere effect may be the only way? Thought I would chip into the mine of cow knowledge though.

    I’ve animated a still image of a tumbleweed passing thru the scene. It looked pretty good with motion blur turned on.
