Regarding acoustic panels, what type of acoustic panels I should use?
I am recording in my bedroom and I do not have the space to make a booth so I think acoustic will be a good option.

It is not advisable to recommend anything before examining what you are starting with.
Have you tried actually recording in your bedroom yet? What does it sound like?
Are there echoes? How much environmental noise is there? What kind of noise?
