trying to work out the P2 difference between mac & pc
I noticed that when I mount my HVX onto my Mac I get 2 icons for the 2 P2 cards in the camera.
When I mount onto my PC I only get one icon; is this because both cards are represented in the one contents folder on PC or is it just showing the card on slot 1?
I’m trying to work it out myself but the icons don’t give me a picture on my pc.

Gosh I have no idea- as long as you have access to all the footage it is not a big deal tho.

Yeah you’re right there, though because of an annoying error message and the fact that the icons don’t show up as pictures on my PC, I can’t tell; I suppose I could always count the number of files.

Could be a driver issue or a Windows not being the greatest OS on earth… sorta issue. But who wants to go down that old road lol.

You should see both cards as two separate drives on a PC. You may have a hardware conflict with another drive “DVD”. Go into disk administration and see if there is a conflict. Use P2 Viewer to look and copy your clips. I use both PC and MAC and find the PC much better.
