  Trying to view video on an old SD Sony monitor RGB in

  Just got a new LHE card, hooked it up and i cant get a stable picture on my monitor, it just keeps scrolling, I am using the RGB and the card it set to 625i 29.97 (720×480). do i need some king of blackburst generator?
