I am just wondering is there a way to select and move multiple keys at the same time in a spline object? I am rotoscoping out imperfections in a green screen interview with a spline object and, for example, would like to select all of the keys on the left side of the subject’s thumb and move them all at the same time.

Wait… I think I answered my own question. Holding the shift key while using the pen tool allows me to select multiple keys and manipulate them simultaneously.

However, is there anything similar to the lasso tool in After Effects that I can use to draw around an area and it then select those keys?

I’d really like to know this as well.

Yes, you can do this easily.

If you’re in the Pen tool, simply shift-drag a marquee around the points you wish to select.

Select the spline first so you can see the spline points before you start the drag, or it won’t select anything. :o)

    All the best,
    Ben
