Trying to Render Videos With Best Formats
Hello everyone, I’m having a small problem. I have a sony handycam cx110 that records in full 1920x1080i. It’s also in the format of AVCHD. I had a 15 min footage and I edited in Sony Vegas Pro 11. Can anyone tell me a good format to render it out? I want to render it out and put it on a dvd to play in a dvd player. I want a format that doesn’t take up a lot of space and has a good quality. My pc is an intel i5 quad core, 8GB of ram and 1TB storage. I don’t mind the rendering time. Can anyone reply to me as soon as possible. Thanks 🙂

Danny,
Select project settings for DVD. Put your video on the timeline, crop, pan and whatever editing you want to do, then render using the DVD architect template for video and Stereo AC3 for the audio.

The DVD architect templates are under Main Concept Mpeg-2.

How about the size? I don’t want the size to be large. Because when I render 15 min videos, its almost like a gig.
