    Trying to export embedded clip markers in timeline edl

    I bring in several clips and add makers with notes to each clip.

    I put all of the clips with embedded markers onto a timeline.

    I right click on the timeline in the media pool and choose export edl with markers.

    I get the error “failed to export markers with edl”.

    This fails completely because it doesn’t even create a simple edl.

    If I choose to export a simple edl only, that works fine but doesn’t include the marker information I need in the edl.

    Can anyone else reproduce this problem using the latest Davinci Resolve beta 15?

    I too am curious if this is possible?
    I am trying to upload a clip to Frame IO and would like Markers to be embedded.
    I believe this works with Premiere.
    I am going to try an Premiere XML as soon as I get to the studio.

    Any progress on this? Exporting to FinalCut XML doesn’t include markers either, so I doubt importing with work.
