Trying to “clean up” a photo..
Received a cell phone picture to screen print.. trying to clean it up. How can I repixelate it? sharpen the image? something to make this better!???!!

Seems more like a Photoshop project.??
Maybe if you could add more details about your goals.
In PS, maybe try Filter / Sharpen / Unsharpen Mask.Vince
