I’m trying to do a tape capture from Beta SP tape. My Premiere Pro CC is using the Matrox MXO2 LE Max box. I have device control, but the video preview window is blank.

I know that the settings are correct for the MXO2 because I use it for input/output every day. I did a test capture with another program, and it captured fine so I know the video is reaching the computer. Does anyone know what’s causing the video preview window to appear blank in the capture window? I’m working on a mid 2012 MacPro with 28gb of RAM running Lion. I’m up converting the Beta footage so it is coming out of the MXO2 as HD and I’m trying to capture 1080i ProRes.

    Hi Mitch,

Can you please post a grab of the SETTINGS window (tab at top right) and also Matrox config settings within that.

    Thanks

Thanks for the help. I opened Premiere today, and it’s working fine! I rebooted and tried everything the other day with no luck. I don’t know what changed. Thanks anyway.
