    Hi there!

I created an animated, layered PSD image in motion, but it had a jagged outline, not smooth-and was still there when exported at a high resolution. The reason I think this is happening is because the PSD file is too large to fit on the canvas. I didn’t think this would be a huge problem, because I was going to possibly zoom in on the image. However, I don’t need to do this, and I would rather the image have a smooth appearance.

So what I tried to do, was resize the original file in Photoshop, and hoped that motion would update the image accordingly. Motion did do this, but all the layers in the PSD file are all now mucked up with there positions (spread too far apart), ruining the animation! >_< Is there anyway to fix this, apart from creating the animation again from scratch? I'd really appreciate any help! 🙂 Jess

If you drastically changed the overall size of your image, then you have to manually update the animation.

If your PSD had jagged edges in Motion, then the image was likely way too small to begin with.
