  Trouble Using Serge’s Book File

  Hello all –

  I’ve been trying to analyze Serge’s file at https://www.nyc-visual.com/3D_Book_M.html so that I can make a book of my own.

  When I open the file, all I see are white and blue rectangle vectors making up the book. The animation remains intact, but there’s no “skin.”

  If I wanted to do something like this, would I be killing myself by animating every single piece of the book (spine, front page, middle pages) separately? Or is there a way to do this all at once?

  I had though I would use Photoshop to construct a 3D image of the book, is that possible? I can open 3d files, but I can’t find much on making them from scratch.

  I’ve begun to learn how the camera functions – all of this null an pivot stuff is new to me though.

  Any advice is very much appreciated
