    Hi everyone,

I have an animated GIF that I’m trying to incorporate into my 1920×1080 23.98 ProRes sequence. In the FCP browser it shows up as a seven frame clip, however, when I drag it into the timeline, it only appears as one frame. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,
    Sam

I doubt FCP can play a gif. Convert it to a Quicktime movie

In the new version of QT, you can’t open GIFs. Any other suggestions? I’m dealing with the same GIF-import issue.
