  trouble outputting HDV to XH A1 from FInal cut

  Can anyone tell me if they have had success outputting HDV from Final cut to an XH A1. I just finished a HDV project and tried to output it to the XH A1 for mastering and cant seem to get final cut to recognize 1080i. i am running final cut pro 5 i used 2 different macs and different firewire cables. I can import HDV footage with no problem. also i can output SD to this camera fine. … can anyone help? or its this an issue with this camera…. please help
