Trouble Key Framing

Keyframes are being created, which you can tell from the animation path in the viewport and the keys appearing in the time slider. But for some reason the animation isn’t playing when you scrub the timeline. There are a number of ways that can happen. One is to deactivate the film strip icon next to your object/parameter/summary track in the Timeline. Another is to turn off animation for a layer, although you don’t seem to be using layers. Another, which seems most likely here, is to turn off “Use Animation” in the Tools>Execution menu.
