  Trouble installing Intensity Pro

  Been trying to install an Intensity Pro card with either old card that came with Intensity Pro card or new software from Blackmagic website. My device manager keeps showing an exclamation point for an unknown device. No video on Media Express. And the Media Express icon on my desktop is not letting bring Media Express up.
  Automatic or manual install does not help. Microsoft solutions to this problem says disable away mode to which my bios has no entry for it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Hard Drives 2x Maxtor 160 gig in RAID
