    Hello,

I’ve been shooting a good deal of native 24 fps pn footage on two 8 gb cards and have just started having issues with a few of the clips. The clips in question play fine when played in the P2 import queue (at 24 fps), but when I bring them into FCP (ver 5.1.4), I get frame rates all over the place (ie, 13.99, 12.62, etc.) and the clips are unusable.

Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    John

I’d move up to the latest version of FCP. This sounds odd.

I have seen this with FCP6 also. I unchecked remove duplicate frames and that corrected the problem.

Excellent! That did the trick! Thanks
