Trouble exporting a keyed clip
Good afternoon,
I have created a clip which I have keyed. However when I export the clip as an avi I cannot ammend the clip I am just left with the talent against a blck back-ground – ie. I cannot put an image on top of the clip. I imagine there is a fairly simple solution to this but I can’t work out how to export the clip so I can manipulate it afterwards.
Any advice?

Where are you trying to send this clip? AVI is too generic for me to understand what compression outputs are available. What other options do you have?
Sometimes exporting as an Apple Animation with “Millions of Colors+” is a very efficient way of exporting something with an alpha channel.
