  Trouble Capturing

  Hi, I am having trouble capturing video in Adobe Premiere CS3. I’m able to capture video, and it looks fine when I play it back, but while capturing the video looks blurry, discolored and stretched out vertically with the bottom part of the image missing. The strange part is, I just bought a new monitor, but I don’t see why this would matter since everything else looks fine (clear and correct aspect ratio). I’ve looked through the display settings in Premiere and this forum, and can’t find anything that might help. I haven’t had this problem before, but it sure seems strange that this would be a issue caused by a new monitor. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Donovan
