Trouble Capturing From a JVC BR-HD50 Deck
Each time we try do digitize to FC from a JVC BR-HD50 HDV deck using firewire, it digitizes the first clip then stops and says, “Stream Problem: Capture was stopped due to a problem with the incoming stream. This might be a problem with the tape. All media up to this point has been preserved.”
We can start it again, it captures the next clip then does the same thing.
We’re thinking it’s a setting that we’re overlooking. Most of the time, we’re loading HD XDCAM with the XDCAM FAM protocol. When that footage loads, it regards each time the camera starts and stops recording as a clip and numbers it. Don’t know if that makes any difference here.
