  Tropical Beach Composite

  I have a shot of 2 people that are supposed to be on a tropical beach at sunset with a jib. I will be shooting on an LA beach which doesn’t look anything like a tropical beach. I’m thinking of 3d tracking it and adding some CG palm trees and some other tropical elements to sell the shot. I was wondering if there are some better ways or easier ways to do this. This is the best way of doing that I came up with but maybe you guys have a better idea. Im not going to chroma key the subjects beacuse I don’t thnik it will look good, especially shooting on DV.
