Trimmer Crash SVP 12
In an earlier post there was a hint about a random Trimmer crash. I have a single clip, that I have to chop into pieces as (the software that extracted it) has merged the clips. So I start with one event and then break it into 30 or so sub-clips. I then save the project but when I return to it doing anything with the Trimmer crashes vegas. I don’t remember that in earlier versions? Are any others able to use the Trimmer once you return to a project?

On one of my PC’s VP12 will crash about 90% of the time when adding a clip to the trimmer. On another PC it’s fine. I’ve reported this to Sony with absolutely no response in 3 weeks.

Jim,
using a suggestion from a similar thread; I disabled the graphics accelerator – and it works now. It is still a bug but I am happy to be able to continue with the project.mark
