Tricky loop effect
Hello,
I’m trying to make loopable backgrounds with using form and MIR effects.
I’ve used fractal noise as amplitude layer for cycle evolution.
But I want to use scroll effect when making a tunnel using MIR.
can be loopable scroll effect at MIR?
Is there any tricky way to do looping anything else or maybe an expression?I wish I can tell as well sorry for my English 🙂

When doing problem backgrounds in which the noise loop, or positioning of elements doesn’t line up exactly, it’s common to do what is called a Dissolve Loop.
What you do is split the layer in After Effects, then take the two layers, and swap their positions in the timeline, so that the two layers are at opposite ends of where they were before the split. Overlap the two layers by at least 15 frames (or more, if you can spare them – it masks the transition), the dissolve one into the other. It may be clearer to just watch this:

Oh thanks it worked
I masked layer as smoothly appear and dissappear. Then duplicated, dragged to the middle of timeline and trimmed composition. This tecnique is so good… 🙂
this video isnt expect the quality standards, is it? It isn’t noticed. But I can’t make sure of it. Is it tecnique that commonly used?

This effect is very commonly used any time there is isn’t the possibility of a seamless loop. A common use is in broadcast TV weather backgrounds where footage of clouds is used (and clouds do not loop). This an industry standard trick. There is a script available for After Effects which makes it automated, but it’s such a simple task, I’ve never bothered to buy it:
