Trashing prefs
Good Morning,
M100 Suite has been acting up lately, e.g. freezing after applying a title in Boris, crashing on seemingly simple tasks e.g. sliding a title or graphic a few seconds forward or back in the timeline, so I figure the proverbial trashing the preferences is in order before I try a complete reinstall. My questions; I have two folders in the LibraryPreferences folder, one called Media 100 Preferences and another called Media 100 Suite Preferences. Should I delete both folder and should I delete just the contents or the whole folders altogether?
As always, any info or insights is greatly appreciated,

Delete the “Media 100 Suite” folder; or move it to the desktop in case you want to recover the settings later
