    Trashing Prefs Issue

    Hi All:
    I am having problems with playback out of the blue. I decided to trash preferences but when I go to Library- Preferences, I don’t see the folder or the files I am supposed to trash. Any advice?

    I think that in the last MacOSx FC preferences are not visible.
    Try this free application that will clean the preferences without trashing your favorite settings:

    also could be you are looking in the wrong Library.
    it’s your User Library you are after

    in the last OS, that was hidden, as Rafael says,
    hold Option down in the Finder’s GO Menu, and you will see the Library.

    when you find the FInal Cut Pro User Data folder, drag it into your side bar,
    this won’t be the last mite you want to find it
