Trapcode Shine , how to effect?
Hello fellow after effects users.
I was curious if anyone had any ideas on how to recreate a logo like Blizzard used at the begining of this video with Trapcode Shine (Where the shine is behind the image, and cracks through it.
Were multiple source points used?

I just played around with the “Threshold” setting under PreProcess (In the Shine Plugin) and kinda got that effect… Maybe play around with that? 🙂

Ah, I see what you’re saying now.
Okay, next step… how to get shine behind the text, and the text to stay “solid” while shine peers through the cracks of letters, and what not…
can’t seem to get it.
