Trapcode Particular ignores masking when using obscuration layer
Hi,
I have a small issue with Trapcode Particular.
I have an image of a person which has been masked to remove the background around them. My particles are spiralling around the person and when I select the image of the person as the obscuration layer, the particles ignore the masks.
Is there anyway to fix this within one and the same composition?
Thanks for any advice.

try pre-comping the masked person/layer. select the layer, then choose layer>pre-compose and choose to move all attributes.
this should make sure that particular sees the layer with the mask applied as one piece.
