Trapcode Particular
Hi, so basically i have this smoke video and i want it to instead of only passing by too pass by but to continue existing in the areas that passed so that in the end its all a big smoke. I think the way to do it would be with trapcode particular and it kind of works but i cannot make this kind of smoke texture.
How can I do it?

This looks to me to be done in a 3D package (Max or Maya) using FumeFX:

It may also have been done as a practical effect using a cloud chamber, or a smoke cannon. There are a lot of free Particular presets on Red Giant People, but from what I see, none are really close to the example you’ve shown – it needs a physics simulator to get it that close:
