Hi, I want Particular to animate a flow of particles moving from left to right and bouncing in to the perimeter of the mask space around the EXPO logo. Is this possible to create in Particular and if so please tell me how to do it?
    Many thanks.

Hi – I solved this using the built in Foam particle render – it does have basic collision avoidance. Don’t think Particular can do this.

Brilliant, thanks, I’ll check this out. Such a shame Particular cannot do this…

My immediate thought was to use Foam. It’s fantastic and native to AE. Flow maps are a super handy feature!

However, you can do this with Particular. You’d just need to put a spherical field where the text is. The particles will push around it. However, they will not interact with each other like the particles in Foam do.
