trapcode form alternative ~ more options for particle movement?
Hello!
I am currently trying to use trapcode form to animate particles swirling within the boundaries of a mesh volume, but it seems Form is not particularly well suited to creating particle movement beyond general dispersion or using fractal fields
Is anyone aware of a tool or plugin for after effects that will allow me to specify more specific types of particle motion within an obj object?

Form also has fluid physics that let it swirl around really beautifully, but it doesn’t allow OBJs to contain them.
Would Particular be more suited for this? Depending on the shape of your obj, you could use the new flocking tools to keep it contained. (You’d tell the flocking particles to avoid another set of particles you spawn on the outside of your mesh.)
