just bought this plug in…I am trying to mimic the tutorial on their website but I can’t seem to get the 3d thickness of the stroke. I made the stroke, clicked on 3d and made the camera but when i use the orbit tool to turn it around, it has no thickness..just flat. what am i doing wrong?

also, is there a way to have the camera fly through the same path as the stroke so it looks like its it riding the stroke?

    thanks!

Make sure you set the setting to “comp Camera” in the plugin itself. Or just use the plugin’s camera features.

It sounds like you made the AE layer 3D which you should not do. So you are orbiting around the AE layer and seeing it’s flat side. Since 3D stroke is an illusion and not actually 3D, the actual AE layer should stay 2D. But like mentioned, in the 3D stroke properties, make sure it’s set to comp camera so it syncs up with it.
