  transport streams

  Hi any help would be appreciated

  this is the spec required to play a looping ident on hotel room tv’s. But I have looked into several encoders and can’t seem to find a way of doing this.

  spec from tech company below:

  ‘since it will be streamed as a multicast background I would need the asset formatted as a transport-stream in 720p (CBR Ideally around 6Mbit/s).’
