Transparency went away on background not video but picture
Ive seen alot of posts about video settings, but I use AE CS3 for putting together photo effects then exporting to photoshop and saving as Jpeg. Up until today when ever I keyed out the greenscreen on photos I never had a problem with transparent backgrounds. But today every time I save as file the keyed out background is what ever the default background color is. regardless if I toggle transparency or not before “saving frame as” rendering to photoshop file. Really strange since I havent changed any settings. I even used a previous photo just to make sure and its showing a background color now also where before it would be transparent. Any ideas?

A transparent .jpg? I would use a .png or .psd codec to export out a keyed image. Make sure the channel is set to RGB + Alpha. Hope this helps.
