  • Transparency map doesn’t follow animation

I’ve applied a texture with a gradient transparency map to an Extrude NURBS object (an arrow shape) which is then animated along a Spline Wrap. The frame where I’ve applied the texture to looks fine, but when I move the NURBS object along the spline the texture doesn’t move with it. At least the transparency map doesn’t. If I turn off the transparency channel I can see that the texture has followed along with the arrow. I’m I doing something wrong or leaving out a step?

    Thanks.

There’s a stick texture tag you might try.

Actually I tried that. I’ve also applied the texture using “Flat” and “Frontal” and most others. Still won’t work for me.
