Transparency doesn’t work + Yellow background
Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and I just got started working with the CINEMA 4D program.
Recently I saw some videos that showed how to import an image to CINEMA 4D to model it in 3D.
My problem is that when I’m importing the image, the background becomes yellow and the most annoying part is when I’m trying to make the image more transparent but it doesn’t do it.
Do you know why this problem occur?
I am using CINEMA 4D R16 Studio.Thank you,

Looks like an OpenGL issue. I only get that yellow background if I disable OGL in preferences. Try going to edit>preferences>OpenGL and make sure it’s turned on. If it is, click the button to test compatibility.
