Transitions with Red and Final Cut Pro
I can NOT make Red work inside Final Cut Pro to create a transition.
I have printed the instructions from BorisFX but when I reach step #4 “Click the Red banner in the Controls tab in the Viewer,” the Red interface fails to appear.
As a matter of fact, clicking on the Red banner produces NO results.I would like to know
1-. How to select the effect for the transition and then
2-. Apply it to an already selected transition on FCP’s timeline.Thanks for the info.

Check for version compatibility. If you’ve got the latest of everything you should be fine – but there were some definite issues with Boris not working in FCP a year or so ago.
