Activity Forums VEGAS Pro Transition: “Cubes”

  • Transition: “Cubes”

Posted by John Gregoriades on August 5, 2013 at 2:25 pm

    Hello,
I found this “item” in an old hard drive. It appears to be an add-on to Vegas (version unknown) which is a transition effect, looks like a spinning picture cube or the choice of several cubes. How would I add this to the library of V-11 transitions – assuming it can be done?
    Thank you
    John

Sorry guys but that was funny! My memory is definitely like yours though John. I don’t know how you pulled that one off Graham. (I guess there is always Google eh.)

But that is ALSO predicated on the need to remember to use it?

This is mind-boggling! I vaguely recall asking this once before (eons ago) and it’s still around to be found! What a kick! But I’m not clear just “where” in my HD this little applet should be placed, before being double-clicked to “run” and install itself. In the same location as the Vegas program files? Somewhere else?
Regardless, this was a great “trip” to the past! Hohoho!

John, make sure you download and install the 64 bit version. Odds are that you still have the 32 bit version which won’t work in Pro 11.

VP12 was the first ALL 64bit. Maybe John does have the 32bit VP11 though?

No worries Mike! – There WILL be others who will have VP11 64bit – maybe?
