1st time I’ve seen this. Go to do a simple transform (x/y + scale) and the wireframe perimeter of the clip moves in the Viewer, but not the video. Video just stays stuck in place. Move a bit on timeline, still no update. Now, disable, then enable the clip and pop! the video shifts to match the wireframe! From that point forward, the clip updates while dragging/scaling, as expected. If a jpeg is Connected above the clip, it will also update from the start.

Footage was transcoded from AVCHD. OK, maybe it’s that. So I load a camera clip, keep it in original format, try again. Same problem. Huh. So I load another project, transcoded media from same camera, no problem at all. Harumph.

Guessing at this point it’s something whacked in the project that’s causing this? Only thing I did in this project that I hadn’t tried before was Grouping a Group (taking a compound clip and grouping it with the primary clip under it into new compound). Can’t believe that’d be a no-no.

I have only ever seen this when doing a chroma-key. If I turn off the key and move the footage it is OK. It doesn’t seem to happen all the time either so I’m not sure where the issue is. I have sent feedback on it.

Having the same issue. It’s like there’s a massive lag in the time it takes the new values to apply. Only since the 10.0.6 update. Used to be flawless before this. Seriously hindering my workflow! 🙁
